I really enjoyed your hospitality on Saturday.  The way you garden has caused me to change my ways too.  Raised beds and companion plants are the way to go.  You are raising fewer plants but your output is more than double what I produce.  Sunday I purchased enough blocks to get one bed complete and am scouring the area for more.  I definitely plan to attend another workshop and hope to bring friends along.
